PRE-ADMISSION & INTERVENTION
Our pre-admission process helps clients and their family members in times of distress. Expert guidance is provided to help you feel supported in making the best choices for those in need of treatment.
INTAKES
Medical intakes typically take place on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays in order for our doctor to assess your needs. (Additional fees apply for medical services for non-Canadian citizens).
Transportation and assistance by an Orchard staff member is available from the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) (Additional fees apply).
Emergency medical intakes or interventions outside regular office hours that require special arrangements can be made through speaking directly with Joanna Journet, Orchard Recovery Centers General Manager and Intake Specialist.
Due to our distance from an emergency department, we are unable to take clients who experience anaphylaxis in response to allergic reactions.
