Chantal’s teaching philosophy is simple: show up and take a deep breath, and you’re on your way. Because yoga — or connecting to self — isn’t supposed to stress you out. It should help to plug you in to your own heart, mind and body.
It should help you to feel more alive, more open, and more connected to the present moment.
Chantal combines a comprehensive study of different yoga styles and lineages with classical yoga philosophy and anatomy along with meditation, mindfulness and movement. She has lead yoga teacher trainings in Vancouver and now teaches yoga workshops and wellness retreats in and around B.C., as well as teaching at yoga conferences and festivals, like Wanderlust Whistler.
In her all-levels classes, you’ll focus on learning to breath better and ways to use this conscious breathing style to connect better to body and mind through movement and meditation.
And while you’re at it, to access greater health and wellness from the inside out. Expect to be let go of some tension and yes, even to have a little fun.
