Nicole Fetterly is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia​ with experience in public health, retail, media, foodservice, university and hospital settings.

Nicole believes that food and eating are at once a universal cultural experience and a completely individual practice. She is passionate about helping people enjoy eating while receiving the utmost nutritional benefit from their choices. She is also an advocate for a sustainable food system, with a focus on plant-based diets and local production.

Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health from UBC, including an internship with Vancouver Coastal Health. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at the University of Victoria and a Master of Science in Kinesiology, studying nudge theory in an effort to improve the vegetable intake of older adolescents.
