Inspired by humanistic/person-centered, Jungian transpersonal theories, Ruta practices an experiential, mindfulness based approach, empowering individuals to create new ways of being. She provides counselling for adults and teens experiencing anxiety and stress from life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and addictions. Ruta is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) and a Certified Guided Imagery & Music Practitioner (FAMI).
