Nicole Fetterly is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia with experience in public health, retail, media, foodservice, university and hospital settings.
Nicole believes that food and eating are at once a universal cultural experience and a completely individual practice. She is passionate about helping people enjoy eating while receiving the utmost nutritional benefit from their choices. She is also an advocate for a sustainable food system, with a focus on plant-based diets and local production.
Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition and Health from UBC, including an internship with Vancouver Coastal Health. She also completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at the University of Victoria and a Master of Science in Kinesiology, studying nudge theory in an effort to improve the vegetable intake of older adolescents.
